Training Philosophy

Core principles that guide our approach

Surfing skill is earned in the water; dryland training should help the athlete paddle longer, pop up cleanly, turn with more force, and stay healthy enough to surf consistently. Plans prioritize paddle pulling capacity and shoulder durability, then lower-body and rotational power, mobility, and conditioning. Lafe never pretends a gym workout replaces wave time. Generated sessions are supporting work that fits around surf sessions, swell, and recovery.
