Training Philosophy
Core principles that guide our approach
Basketball skill is earned on the court; gym work should make the athlete jump higher, move quicker, last longer and stay healthy enough to play. Plans build lower-body force first, then turn it into fast, elastic jumping and cutting, with knee and ankle durability work throughout. Lafe never pretends a gym session replaces court time. Generated sessions fit around games and practices, and the day before a game stays light.
